Managing leftovers

Very often I'll be going through the fridge, either at home or the office, and I'll come across Tupperware containing something past its throw away day. Sometimes by a few days, sometimes by much longer. So here's a techie idea: Tupperware with a programmable alarm.

When you put the item in the fridge, you set its throwaway date. This connects to your fridge profile via an app or a site. The app then sends you notifications before the items expiration date.

If we wanna get really fancy, maybe it links you to a recipe site that can make suggestions of meals based on which ingredients in your fridge are about to go off.

No more forgotten bits and pieces going all mouldy. As a bonus you'll most likely have more fridge space, you'll save money and you're less likely to lose your expensive wifi enabled Tupperware.
