Hurricane Sandy was certainly gnarly, but one of the few groups of people able to find a silver lining to those very dark clouds were surfers.
Florida had ridiculously good waves, and even Lake Michigan got cranking surf. That's right.
I found this great video of the Floridian surf but was even more stoked with the soundtrack.
I went from the surf clip to the creators of the original track and have now discovered Flight Facilities, which I'm very happy about. So thanks for the new music, Sandy.
